Shipping Information Inside The US.

Shipping is FREE using FedEx Ground service in the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and all international destinations will have to pay shipping/duty. If you have special shipping requirements or require expedited shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If you reside in Louisiana, a standard sales tax rate of 9% applies when shipping.

Feet First also offers free return shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Returned items must be shipped back to Feet First within 10 days of receipt of your order on all non-clearance items. We will not accept returns on clearance items.

Shipping Information Outside The US.

We ship via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. After you place your order, we will update your total with the actual shipping. Once your order has shipped you will be notified and given a tracking number supplied by USPS. If you wish to use alternate forms of shipping please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please note we can not declare orders as “gifts” on customs forms and the customer is responsible for all taxes and duties that may be owed.
