Returns and Exchanges

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you wish to return merchandise purchased from the Feet First website, please use the return-shipping label included with your order.

Please also keep the following in mind:

• All return shipments MUST be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your order.
• When trying on shoes at home, it is imperative that you do so on
  carpeting only.
• Returned full-priced merchandise must be in absolutely new and unused
  condition - and in its original packaging - for a refund.
• When returning a product, please include a copy of your sales
  receipt.
• A refund will be issued upon Feet First's receipt and inspection of
  the returned item.
• Size exchanges can be made, if available, for the cost of shipping.
• Any charges resulting from special shipping requests will not be refunded.
• All sales are final for clearance-priced merchandise. Clearance-priced merchandise is defined as merchandise that has been marked down 50% or more
