All credit card information is encrypted with industry-standard Secure Socket Layer, (SSL.)  All credit card information is sent securely between the website and our credit card processing provider.  This encryption makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept or misuse the information while it is being transmitted.  Our systems are housed in secure facilities and access to your data by our employees is limited to a need-to-know basis, controlled by password protected systems, and monitored for abuse.

Feet First is fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Compliance program. Being PCI compliant increases internet security. Feet First maintains a secure infrastructure which offers the highest level of protection available for secure shopping carts.  

Privacy

When purchasing products from us, you will be asked to provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, and your credit card information.  If you contact one of our customer service representatives, we may maintain a record of your request along with your email address.  Our web servers collect information such as your IP address and which pages you visited.  However, this information does not typically contain personally identifiable information.

The information we collect is used to provide the products and services you have requested. It is also used to notify you of problems with your requests or update you about changes to our website.

We may securely transmit your personal information to service providers who assist us in processing payment information and shipping products to you.
