Returns and ExchangesEvery item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you wish
to return merchandise, please fill out the enclosed return form explaining
why you are returning the item(s) and use the return-shipping label included with your order. Please also keep the following in mind:
- All returns MUST be shipped within 10 days of receipt of your order.
- When trying on shoes at home, it is imperative that you do so on
carpeting only.
- Returned full-priced merchandise must be in absolutely new and unused
condition - and in its original packaging - for a refund.
- When returning a product, you must include a copy of your sales
receipt.
- A refund will be issued upon Feet First's receipt and inspection of
the returned item.
- Size exchanges can be made, if available, for the cost of shipping.
- All sales are final for clearance-priced merchandise. Clearance-priced merchandise has been marked down 50% or more and designated as "Clearance".
